Melanie Marzola - Chief Financial & Compliance Officer

Melanie is Chief Financial & Compliance Officer of Union Park.  Melanie joined the firm in 2024 and oversees accounting and compliance.  Prior to joining Union Park, Melanie led accounting and office management at Tuckerman Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm.  Prior to Tuckerman, Melanie served as the Controller of Chapman Capital Management, Inc., a registered investment advisor.  In that role, she supervised all accounting and administrative functions for institutional accounts and a family of mutual funds.  Melanie also worked as a fund accountant at both Hutchens Investment Management, Inc. and T. Rowe Price.

Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
