Phil Russo - Vice President

Phil is a Vice President at Union Park Capital.  Phil joined full-time in 2023 and works directly with Morgan, Peter, Brian, and Evan contributing to all aspects of originating, evaluating, and executing investments.  Prior to Union Park Capital, Phil spent three years at Hammock Park Capital as an associate and then as a principal where he sourced, evaluated and executed middle-market buyout transactions. Prior to Hammock Park Capital, Phil held positions at General American Capital Partners, Union Capital and Stephens Inc.

Phil has a BS in business administration with concentrations in finance and economics from Babson College and is also a CFA charterholder.  Phil lives in North Andover, MA with his wife and child.
