UNION PARK ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF RAY-RAN TEST EQUIPMENT
BOSTON, MA – August 1, 2015. Union Park Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm focused exclusively on lower middle-market Industrial Technology investments, today announced the acquisition of Ray-Ran Test Equipment Ltd., based in the United Kingdom. Ray-Ran is a global manufacturer of materials testing equipment for the Polymer Industry. Ray-Ran Test Equipment will join Testing Machines Inc. (TMI) and CMC-KUHNKE as an independent operating entity under Union Park’s Industrial Physics Holdings platform.
